Orders are printed and shipped by Printful after you pay on their checkout. Times and carriers are whatever Printful shows on that order. We do not warehouse shirts.
If a print is defective or the wrong size arrives, use the Printful order contact first. If that stalls, email webmonger@coffeewonk.com with the Printful order number.
We do not take returns of worn or print-on-demand items except where Printful’s own policy requires it.
